Citizen Civics: Examining the Bill of Rights

During the ratification process of the US Constitution, a repeated complaint emerged that the new governing document lacked a listing of rights. James Madison decided this must be rectified and proposed a list of amendments in the first Congress in late 1789.  Come join Valencia College Professor Tyler Branz to investigate what we know as “The Bill of Rights.”
